Fishing Gear, Tackle, Bait, and Services

1. Passengers only over the age of 21 may bring or consume alcohol.
2. Rod and Reels supplied for anglers who do not furnish their own tackle and gear
3. Bait (shrimp and/or squid) is always furnished.
4. A fish cleaning service is available when the charter is over.
5. Several area restaurants will cook (blacken, grill or fry) your cleaned fish.

Items you should bring on your South Padre Island fishing trip.

Bring a cooler for food and drinks. Ask your Texas charter boat Captain how large of a cooler you will need to carry your fish home in. Ask what you can keep and even where you can have your fish cleaned.	A sports bag is a good idea to bring for carrying your rain gear, hat, glasses etc and other personal items that you need on a saltwater charter fishing trip.
Bring all your food and drinks. If you want to bring beer you should clear it with the South Padre Island Beach charter boat Captain first. Alcoholic beverages are ALLOWED.	If you will be fishing in foul or rainy weather then you may want to bring some gear to keep you dry. Not as important on boats with parlors, cabins, and covers.
Bring sun glasses. Preferably polarized fishing glasses to lessen the sun's glare that reflects up off the water.
